Job Completion Certificates are essential documentation required to fulfill contractual obligations, provided that a vendor has met their contractual deliverables and allowing MDAs and BPP to close the procurement lifecycle responsibly. MDAs are required to this platform to document and issue job completion certificates to Vendors.
