Notices & Advertisements
All open competitive procurement activity must be publicly advertised, and the advertisements must be placed in multiple channels to ensure broad visibility and equal opportunity. There must be at least 6 weeks between the date of advertisement and the bid closing date. This gives interested bidders sufficient time to prepare and submit responsive bids. It is the responsibility of the procuring entity (MDA) to ensure all advertisements meet the publication requirements stated above. MDAs are to use this platform to publish noticies and advertisements.
