The Public Procurement Act, 2007 requires procuring entities to obtain prior approval (No Objection) from the Bureau before using non-competitive procurement methods such as Restricted/Selective Tendering, Direct Procurement, and Emergency Procurement. MDAs can use this platform to submit requests for No Objection.
